To return an item, please contact our customer service team for instructions. You’ll need to provide your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Certain items, such as [e.g. clearance items, or opened consumables, generators], cannot be returned. Please check our returns policy or product page for details on non-returnable items.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
