Tormek Original Grindstones offer Two Cutting Actions in the same stone!
The Tormek Grindstone are unique compared to a standard grinding wheel in more than one way. The unique composition of this stone used together with the SP-650 Stone Grader gives you two different cutting actions in one stone. The Stone Grader polishes the surface of the grindstone from its standard 220 grit to a finish that works like a 1000 grit stone. This is a huge advantage, since you can do your finer sharpening with the same setting of the jig as used when you initially shaped the tool.
